Biography
Professor Zoya Vinokur is an alumnae of New York City College of Technology. Professor Vinokur teaches Radiographic Procedures and Clinical Education. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University, C.W. Post, her Master of Science degree in Health Services Management and Policy from New School University and holds advanced certification in mammography. With over 20 years of professional and teaching experience she has taught a variety of courses in the medical imaging discipline including, Radiographic Procedures and Positioning, Pediatric Radiography, Advanced Medical Imaging II in a baccalaureate degree program, and Clinical Education. Professor Vinokur worked in major Metropolitan Hospitals in New York and New Jersey. She brings her extensive knowledge and background not only to the classroom but also to clinical settings. She is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey States. Professor Vinokur is a frequently invited speaker at professional conferences both locally and regionally. Her areas of concentration and interest include Teaching and Technology Challenges, Mammography, and Music Therapy. Her work in progress is “Effects of Musical Therapy Interventions on Mammography Outcomes. Her specialties: Mammography, CT, MR, PACS/ RIS. She currently serves on various Educational Advisory Boards and has held other Board positions in professional organizations including Vice President,Corresponding Secretary, and Nominating Chair.

Biography
Bogusław Maciejewski has completed his PhD at the age of 32 years and scientific title of a full professor in radiotherapy being 45 years old. He realized research projects in the UCLA Los Angeles, Gray Lab London, MGH Harvard Univ. Boston, MDACC Houston and other cancer centers in Europe. He was the director of Cancer Center – Institute Gliwice, Poland for 24 years, till 2015. He is author of over 200 papers published in reputed journals (IF = 1650, citation index = 3500). He awarded G.F. Fletcher Gold Medal, Gold Medal of Life Achievements in Oncology given by all European oncologic societies as he is a honorary member of American College of Radiology, radiotherapy expert of the IAEA in Vienna and for 10 years he was a member of European Board of Radiotherapy participating in the development European curriculum for radiotherapy. His major scientic interest is importance of treatment time and tumor repopulation and altered dose fractionation in clinical radiotherapy for human tumors.

Slobodan Marinković has completed his PhD at the age of 31 years at Belgrade University and postdoctoral studies at the Laboratory of Neurophysiology, Panum Institute in Copenhagen (Denmark). He has published 2 international books, four chapters in 2 other books, 8 national books, more than 60 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute. He has about 1 200 citations in international publications. He has given 16 lectures at various international congresses and universities as an invited speaker and has been a chairman person on three occasions.
